Inclusion In Action

With Inclusion in Action eLearning you build an inclusive environment and enhance effectiveness

The Inclusion in Action e-learning series was initially designed to support an on-going Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiative in a large customer-serving corporate setting.  This series provides a common set of skills and a language for entering and engaging in D&I conversations, including differences at the personal, interpersonal, systemic, and/or cultural levels.  In the current world in which virtual learning is becoming a necessity, providing tools for how to effectively engage across differences becomes an even more vital skill.  VISIONS considers this series a first step in an inclusion journey.

The Inclusion in Action course is a foundational enhancement to VISIONS' D&I training. As employees use these skills in their on-going work teams and relationships, cultural shifts begin to happen. Leaders who model using these skills report increased effectiveness in their work with peers, bosses, and individual contributors alike. 

The Inclusion in Action course prepares you for in-person and/or virtual learning, and is the first step in VISIONS D&I implementation, which includes in-person training, coaching, and/or virtual sessions. This course does not replace in-person learning, and is a great option to start or keep the D&I conversation alive virtually during this COVID-19 crisis. Although developed for larger teams, if you are a smaller organization (i.e. 1-50 employees) or an individual considering this course, we welcome talking with you about how to adapt this tool to support your diversity and inclusion goals.
