VISIONS assists organizations to

From a perspective that includes a sensitivity to multicultural issues, we evaluate and make recommendations on written documents such as Affirmative Action plans, training material, strategic plans, mission statements and employee performance appraisal procedures. This helps to ensure that the organization's policies and procedures reflect and account for the diversity among its employees and consumers.

Consultations are a proven way to help organizations improve the quality of work life, enhance the organizational climate and increase morale. We offer organizational development consultation from a multicultural perspective. This is especially critical during periods of staff reductions, mergers, implementation of new work systems, and rapid expansion.
